Once you complete the contract successfully a copy of the signed contract will be emailed to you and an invoice will be issued to you for the one off administration fee.

What happens after complete our contract?
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 – 7 working days. This is subject to our current lead times. Please note some models and colors have slightly longer lead times than others. Contact us for further information.

The only time you may be charged shipping fees is if you are in breach of your contractual obligations.
You are not required to do any maintenance on the machine. You are required to keep the unit reasonably clean and hygienic for the users.
Unfortunately not, payment methods are strictly non-negotiable; payments will be taken by either PO, Direct Debit or directly from your credit card.
It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information/ authorization to take payments.
If your unit develops a fault during the 2 year contract we will replace the equipment completely free of charge.
However, if your equipment develops a fault during your rolling monthly contract (after your 2 year minimum commitment period) we will either need to cancel your contract and collect your machine, or request a new 2 year contract.
If your Swimsuit Dryer develops a fault you must let us know. From day you let us know we will suspend any payments until your unit has been replaced or the faulty part supplied to rectify the problem.
If your unit needs to be replaced we will ask you to confirm the serial number of the machine and send you out a replacement. When you receive this you simply put the new machine on the wall and place the faulty unit into the packaging provided. All the return documents will be pre-printed or email to you for you to print and stick onto the box.
Unfortunately, due to legal and warranty reasons you may not purchase your rental unit. You can, however purchase a new or reconditioned Swimsuit Dryer at a discounted price.
We will send you an email to thank you for completing your 2 year minimum commitment period and automatically place you onto our flexible rolling monthly contract.
Once you have completed your 2 year minimum commitment period you may cancel the agreement without any penalties.
If your facility is forced to close due to an event out of your control we will suspend further payments until you are open, or cancel the agreement penalty free. However, if you close your facility of your own accord you may still be billed.
At the moment the minimum commitment period is 2 years.
The bonus with the Rental scheme is for a one off affordable weekly fee the equivalent to the cost of a coffee a day you get a great product with no additional maintenance costs for 2 years with virtually no risk.
